Optimizing company operation in every level

HumanoIT is able to evaluate operation of a given organization with the help of their experts both in business and technology aspects. We are able to understand the business expectations in directorate level, and transform it - principally but not solely - to IT level.

That's why HumanoIT think that the optimizing is a work establishing the operating status  whereon the business expectation fulfiled by given IT organization exactly in the needed level. If the present operation does not seems like this, the root cause of problem to be solved should be searched in two ways: we are talking about either overachievement or underachievement.

The overachievement seems as an excellence at the first time: but it is expensive, overcharges the organization while squandering the resources, as such an achievement level is financed that is not needed. (e.g. ensuring a HA system with 7/24 availability is not absolutely needed to a unit who will have no problem if the system is not available for the users for 1-2 days)
The underachievement can be identified unambigously at the organization: if the given system, organization unit and infrastructure don't serve the business purposes enough, it follows from this that business meet with heavy losses. The causes of it can be: overregulation, underregulation, processes don't comply with the real needs, missing capacity, role-anomalies, infrastructure problems, operating insulated systems etc. On the other hand, indirectly the underachevement is represented as a continuous reactive behavior: where problems must be solved continuously, but there is no possibility to prevent them, the optimization is needed also.
This symptom arises due to missing time or capacity, so the solution is rationalization, optimization, tuning.
